At Evexia Health Services, clients receive care from a multidisciplinary team of experts. For these professionals, addiction treatment is more than just a job; it’s a passion.
Your care team will include:
- Physician – Our physicians will oversee your treatment. This includes assessing if this treatment modality is best for you, determining safe but effective dosing levels for medication, and addressing any medical issues that may arise during your treatment.
- Counselor – Our counselors will provide ongoing counseling and support sessions. During these sessions, our licensed counselors will encourage and support you, and will help you develop a recovery and relapse prevention plan.
- Case Manager – Our case managers will make sure that you have all the resources you need to be successful on your road to recovery. This includes, but is not limited to vocational and professional development resources, referrals to other medical and mental health providers, and peer support resources.
- Dispensing Nurse – The dispensing nurse will administer your daily dose of medication. Our licensed vocational nurses ensure that you are receiving the correct dose and that there are no adverse reactions to the medication.
