If you suffer from opioid addiction and want help, Evexia Health Services is here for you. We offer a wide range of services and support initiatives that cater to your recovery needs. This includes:
Medication-Assisted Treatment
Medication-assisted treatment refers to the use of medication to treat opioid addiction, alongside counseling and other support.
At Evexia Health Services we offer:
- Methadone
- Buprenorphine
Together, you and your care team will decide which option is best for you.
No matter which form of medication-assisted treatment you use, you’ll also receive a full package of professional health and social support services that will help you prevent relapse long-term and empower you to rebuild all aspects of your life. These services will include:
Counseling
Our care team works closely with patients to develop individual treatment plans and goals. Counseling begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand yours needs, helping to set realistic expectations and goals, and begin outlining a concrete treatment process.
Case Management
Because Evexia Health Services uses a holistic approach to recovery, we know how important it is that you have access to all available resources that would assist in your recovery. Our case management helps to ensure you have access to vocational and professional development resources, peer support resources, and any other resources or services that would be beneficial throughout the process.
Primary Care and Mental Health Referrals
To supplement your medical treatment needs, Evexia partners with local primary care and mental health facilities to provide further medical assistance based on individual needs. We work closely with these partners to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Peer Support Initiatives
Stress, financial problems, struggles with employment, and familial/marital issues are common triggers that can make people vulnerable to relapse. Patients in treatment may also struggle with self-stigma and perceptions of their identity as they transition from active drug user to a patient in a treatment program. In combination with individual counseling, peer support initiatives will provide you with group counseling, peer-to-peer mentoring, specialized events, and group therapy that focus on coping with these issues and working through them in your own context. This allows you to interact and develop relationships with others going through similar experiences.
Patient Education
Both individual counseling and peer support initiatives will provide you with information on issues of concern to your treatment. Our educational program covers topics such as emergency assistance for overdose, relapse prevention, parenting, and many other topics to aid your recovery.
Personal and Professional Development Resources
Reclaiming your life after addiction involves so much more than just treatment. At Evexia Health Services, patients receive resources for real-world competencies, including employment, education, financial management, and vocational and community service opportunities. Resources are provided in various mediums and settings, includes informational material, individual mentorship, hands-on trainings, and group sessions.
Recovery Support
For patients that reach their individual treatment goals, the Evexia care team will work closely with you to develop a comprehensive after care plan and coordinate the resources needed for a successful transition from treatment. This plan may include continuing outpatient care referrals, independent counseling referrals, self-help resources, and links to other support services that will sustain the patient post- treatment.
